BRAND EQUITY AND CONSUMER ENGAGEMENT ASSISTANT

The Rimmel & Manhattan Global team is looking for a Brand Equity and Consumer Engagement Assistant. In this global marketing role, no days are the same.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Brand Equity and Consumer Engagement Assistant, you are responsible for supporting the team in brand & budget management, asset development & management and competitor watching.
You will be assisting an iconic UK makeup brand, the Rimmel & Manhattan Global team in the development and execution of brand plans that deliver profitable business growth through insight-led strategy. In addition, you will be coordinating all brand team mail and couriers to agencies, markets, retailers as well as managing other ad hoc requests to support brand teams as required including competitor deep dives, campaign ideas, other research & analysis projects.
Your main focus:
- Support the Brand team in all day-to-day brand responsibilities such as managing product samples, keeping stock room and coordinating sending samples out.
- Assist with the brand marketing budget, raising POs, helping to resolve supplier invoice queries, and ensuring all budget trackers are maintained correctly.
- Support the brand team in preparation for big presentations by ordering sample products, room decoration and creating any other necessary marketing materials (e.g. mood boards, booklets, posters etc.)
- Assist in day-to-day project management needs for key campaign assets (print, TV, PR, digital).
- Track competitor activity and industry trends, sharing key learnings with internal teams and presenting analysis at monthly brand review, including tracking category, brand and sub- segment performance and defining the underlying performance root causes.

You will work closely together across the full Rimmel team along with several teams / departments such as Innovation, Creative, CMI, Merchandising, Commercial Planning, e-Commerce and local marketing teams. YOU ARE A COTY FIT

- Have Marketing/Business or related degree.
- Master the English language on a near native level.
- Have high level of numeracy, marketing flair, PC skills, maturity, and communication skills.
- Possess excellent time management and prioritization skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Have strong analytical and organizational skills.
